How to Buy Art Safely Online with the Fairfax Gallery Website
ASSURANCE- As we have been a real art gallery since 1995 we welcome clients to view the work in reality, before making their purchase, however we will refund the full purchase price if artwork work purchased online is returned (in perfect condition) by the customer within 7 days of delivery for pieces bought from the website unseen. We are delighted to answer any questions or email a higher resolution image if helpful.
AVAILABILITY - As all our paintings are unique, please confirm the chosen piece is available by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01892 525 525. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website up to date, with three separate real galleries and also exhibiting at art fairs in London & overseas original work on exhibition can change, so please check to avoid disappointment.
DELIVERY - We can in most instances arrange free delivery in UK or ship items further by a dependable courier at cost.
PAYMENT - We can accept payment by Credit or Debit card (Visa & Mastercard) or money transfer, we suggest that this is done by telephone as our website does not have an automatic online payment facility, as all artwork is unique and with 3 real galleries we do not wish to take payment until availability is physically confirmed.
PRICES- The prices are set by each artist, however if by chance any other website holds out of date information or any source is offering differing prices please let us know, as we would not wish to be undersold .
EXPORT - We regularly export paintings overseas, and can arrange a quote from our shippers.
