The
Fairfax
Gallery Tunbridge Wells was founded on the Lower Walk of the
Pantiles in 1995 . The Gallery's listed building
provides a striking juxtaposition with the contemporary art
exhibited and its success has led to two sister
galleries openning in Burnham Market & Holt, Norfolk.
The Pantiles gallery exhibits original
paintings and sculpture
from established,
award-winning & emerging talent of a standard rarely seen out of London.
The spacious gallery holds over 100 paintings and sculpture on display or in
stock, all paintings being Original, rather than editions on canvas.
Whilst the gallery exhibits strong examples of both contemporary figurative
and abstract work it has developed a recognisable style that has earned it a
loyal following over 18 years .
The achievement of the gallery prompted 'Galleries magazine' to write that
it is 'clear why they have been so successful'. The gallery also exhibits
at Major UK art fairs such as the London Art Fair - Affordable Art Fair &
New York , Singapore Art Fair & Hong Hong Art Fair.

The Pantiles Fairfax Gallery opens 7 days a week and offers an
experienced service, advising clients about potential art
acquistions. In addition to viewing in our spacious gallery we can also
bring paintings and sculpture to be viewed in situ at your home. We can assist whether you are an avid
collector, first time buyer looking for a striking artwork to enhance your home.

Adam has taken his new paintings to a yet higher
level with his affinity for the British Landscape ever present. Whilst
Adam still finds time to write and illustrate the Mr Men books, his oil
paintings are quickly being recognised as something highly desirable and
collectable.
Adam continues to evolve his individual style, which
while avoiding purely topographical depictions, captures the real
essence of the British Landscape. The depth and light in Adam's
compositions is alluring and the viewer often feels a familiarity with
each scene, provoking a happy memory of somewhere once visited.
This will be the first solo exhibition by Adam Hargreaves since his
sell out show with the Fairfax Gallery in 2011
